I've spent part of my professional existence following the trails and breadcrumbs of the online user journey. I've also performed, written, designed, learned and played well with others in the process. Social media has been a perfect habitat for my experience, skills and passions to coexist.

Penn Radiology | March 2017 - June 2022

Penn Radiology’s department Twitter account activity was inconsistent until 2017 when I volunteered to manage it. I helped tripe follower growth over five years through regular organic posts. The account served as a great communication tool for the department to share news about research, resident activities, faculty appointments, and more.

Performing Arts Complex of Delaware County | August 2014 - September 2018

This non-profit, locally run center was in need of attention. There was no budget for paid promotion, so the goal was to move conservatively and grow audience over time to develop a lasting, loyal following online. The site was growing traffic and became a solid resource for information. Sadly, the complex closed in 2018 after a battle with the township and school district to keep the facility open.

"Spot" was a character created by executives hoping to encourage employee spirit. I fleshed out the character, interacted with employees daily through this private account, and staged photo ops for the physical mascot.

Manager and Social Care Representative, I monitored daily activity and responded to requests and issues. I worked closely with Distribution and Customer Service teams when appropriate, to ensure timely response.

Originally asked just to monitor and respond, I determined the brand could still benefit from regular status posts, even if only regarding product and website services.
